Prices and Reservations

Effective July 15, 2009, the prices will be as follows:

$125 per night, with a minimum stay of three nights ($375). The cost for an extra guest is $10 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking if additional linens and towels will be needed.

$750 per week.

$2500 per month. For stays longer than a month, please call for special rates.

These prices include all taxes and fees, utilities (heat, gas, and electricity) and the use of a washer and dryer.

Since this is not a hotel and we do not have a front-desk staff, check-in is by appointment. Normal check-in time is 3PM. Check-out is at 11AM.

Cleaning will be provided once a week for those staying two weeks or more. The cleaning service will include a change of linens and towels and basic cleaning of the apartment. The cleaning staff will not replenish soap and other amenities. The cleaning will be done on a mutually convenient day. More frequent cleaning can be provided at the guests' expense.

The apartments are very similar in size and layout. One is on the second floor and one is on the third. If you have a preference, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee that a given apartment will be available for your requested dates.

At the time that you make the reservation, we will request a deposit of $150 to hold the room. The balance will be due upon check-in. Payment may be made by PayPal, cash, credit card, or personal check.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee.

A deposit of $150 is required upon booking. If a reservation is cancelled a week or more prior to the check-in date, The Grove Street Guest House will refund $50.

If we are able to rent the apartment after a cancellation that occurs within the accepted cancellation period, we will refund an additional $50. The balance of $50 is retained as a booking fee.

We regret any inconvenience that these policies may cause to our guests, but because of the nature of our guest house, the majority of our bookings take place well in advance of the guests’ arrival and bookings on short notice are very rare. We strongly recommend that you book only when your plans are certain.
