Prices and Reservations

The minimum rental period is one month. The price is $2000 per month for one to three months and $1800 per month for stays of longer than three months. The apartments may also be available for long-term lease (i.e. for one year or longer). If you are interested in an annual lease, please call for more information.

These prices include all taxes and fees, utilities (heat, gas, and electricity) and the use of a washer and dryer.

Payment may be made by PayPal, cash, credit card, or personal check.
